Hey, I’m James Crook, a Technical Project Manager and certified SAFe Scrum Master based in Oak Park, just outside Chicago. Over the years, I’ve guided companies through complex projects with a focus on efficiency and agility. From e-commerce platform migrations to risk management strategies, I turn ambitious ideas into tangible results. My passion for workflow optimization, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies drives my work.

Outside of work, I’m fueled by two things: coffee and creativity. I’m an unapologetic coffee enthusiast, constantly in pursuit of the perfect brew. When I’m not immersed in project plans, I’m often experimenting with new pizza recipes—there’s an art to that perfect crust.

I’m also a proud boy dad and dog dad. I have two dogs: Tiny, a mischievous Corgi with big dreams of becoming a supervillain, and Gumbo, a lovable rescue from the South.
